We are truly sorry for the funds transfer issues experienced on PayCentre Africa in the last couple of days.
The pending transfer issues were caused by a glitch in our provider’s server hence the delay in processing or even stopping the transfers. We fully understand how much this affects your business and customer’s plans and we want to assure you that we are working tirelessly to ensure the transactions are either credited to your customer’s account or your purse.
We are glad to report that over 80% of the pending transactions from the past couple of days have been reprocessed successfully and the rest will be sorted within the next 24 hours. We will be sure to notify everyone once all pending funds transfers are cleared.
We have also gotten your feedback on our current charges and we want you to be rest assured that a review is in the works and we will communicate the outcome with you soon.
