Update on Unscheduled Server Upgrade.

Dear Partners, 

We understand that you have been having a hard time connecting to our network or logging into your PayCentre Application within the past 48 hours. We are glad to inform you that the issues have been fixed and you can now log in easily to carry out transactions. To make up for the stress encountered, we are giving you 30% off all cash-out transaction charges from midnight (12AM) tomorrow till 11:59PM on Sunday. 

The slow connection was due to an impromptu server upgrade we embarked upon to ensure that we achieve the promises our CEO made to you in his statement at the start of this year.  

To ensure that the changes made remain permanent and you no longer experience these issues, our offices will be closed tomorrow and on Friday (January 14 & 15) so our team can focus on giving you the best network. All normal business operations will resume and our offices will be back open on Monday, Jan 18. 

Our customer support call line will also not be available tomorrow and Friday but you can reach our support team via the available channels below for updates and issue resolutions:
